Scones de Aveia e maçã
Ingredientes: - 100g de aveia - 60ml de bebida de amêndoa - 120g de puré de maçã - 5g de azeite - sementes de chia - 140g de polvilho doce Preparação: Colocar todos os ingredientes num processador de alimentos, usei a bimby. De seguida colocar na velocidade espiga cerca de 1 minuto. Colocar papel vegetal no tabuleiro de forno e com uma colher de sopa fazer pequenas bolas com a massa preparada. Por fim, colocar no forno a 180 graus cerca de 25 minutos. #agitakalorias #receitas

Bolachas de sementes de abóbora e erva doce
Ingredientes: - Parte sólida que restou da receita "Bebida de sementes de abóbora" - 2 ovos - 20g de pasta de tâmaras - 30g de farinha de côco Preparação: Misturara todos os ingredientes numa taça e formar bolachas. Bebida de sementes de abóbora
Preparação: - Retire o interior da abóbora e coloque numa taça com água para conseguir separar a polpa das sementes. - Levar as sementes ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus, durante 25 minutos. - Colocar as sementes de abóbora, a polpa e 1 litro de água na bimby e pressionar a tecla turbo durante 30 segundos. - Depois de triturar, verter a mistura, por partes, para o coador e ir mexendo. #agitakalorias #receitasaudaveis #bebidadesementesdeabobora

Pataniscas de abóbora
Preparação Comece por ralar ¼ de abóbora e acrescente 1 mão de coentros + 3 colheres de sopa de farinha de arroz e 1 ovo misturar tudo até ficar em forma de pastel. Por fim coloque numa frigideira em porções com 1 colher de sopa de azeite. Por fim sirva com queijo mozarela. #agitakalorias #pataniscasdeabobora #receitasaudaveis
